Restaurant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking Individuals with Guest 1st, High Energy, Motivated, Self-Starter with high Standards, and Integrity and a desire to Grow with a 50+ year old Restaurant Group.


  • Supervise and execute the standards:

    • Food Safety

    • Speed

    • Hospitality

    • Policy and Procedures

  • Lead with over the top Customer Service, and resolve Guest issues that will provide consistent "Come Back" Service.

  • Train, Develop and Motivate the TEAM

  • People and Asset Management including but not limited to: Forecasting, Scheduling, Purchasing, Inventory Management, P&L Management

  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations


  • 3-5 years of previous Q.S.R. Management experience

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills

  • Proven Track Record of Success


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
