Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with check-out process and ensure all charges are accurately billed - Process reservations and manage room assignments - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software applications - Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits, including:
