Cut Listing personnel are responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation of engineering jobs into the production shop.
The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.
Essential Duties:
Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data Organize job folders before they go to production, ensure accurate cut list data, blue prints, etc.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output Ability to learn inventory related to products, and management inventory levels using internal processes Manage cost and time constraints Perform risk assessments Provide process documentation and special instruction or information from Project Managers to the Production floor Ideal Candidate:
Education in CAD, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or similar field a plus Proven work experience in process engineering Accuracy and attention to detail a must Excellent technical and mathematical skills Ability to read engineering blue prints is a plus Knowledge of process related standards CAD or AutoCad skills is a plus Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Team Player, motivated to collaborate with all departments to ensure quality products for customers Job Type:
